Warranty

Warranty will vary depending on the Turbocharger Model. All Rebuilt Turbochargers come with a standard 6 months of warranty. However, some Rebuilt Turbochargers come with 1 year warranty. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to ask! Warranty begins on the date of purchase. All New Turbochargers come with 1-2 year of manufacturer's warranty. We will repair or replace any part of the turbo found to be defective due to failure of material or workmanship. The warranty is limited to the turbocharger only and does not include any parts or components associated with, attached, or connected to the turbocharger unit. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind (we do not cover labor charges). This warranty does not apply to any turbo which has been subject to oil-related problems (most commonly oil starvation and/or oil contamination). Warranty may also be voided under these circumstances: Improper installation, foreign object damage, misuse, neglect, accidents, any modifications made to the turbo by the purchaser, or if the turbo has been disassembled by anyone other than Premier Turbo Technology. If the customer suspects the turbocharger is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection in its "as-is" condition (not cleaned or disassembled). In some cases, we must forward the part or turbo to the manufacturer in order for them to do their own inspection. This is not a long process but requires a little time, about a week to ten days. 

There is no refunds on special order products. No refunds on products that have been modified or upgraded. Full refunds are only accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase date.

A refundable core charge is a temporary fee associated with our remanufactured turbos or upgrades. We use factory turbochargers as the base to remanufacture or build your custom upgrade, and in exchange, we require the return of your old turbocharger(s). You can choose to pay the deposit upfront and receive a full refund once you return your old turbocharger(s) within 30 days of receiving your upgrade. Alternatively, you can send in your turbocharger(s) first and avoid the deposit altogether.
