Turbocharger Rebuild Service
If you plan on shipping your Turbocharger to us in order to Rebuild your same Turbocharger, follow the steps below! If you plan on coming in person to the shop, simply bring your turbocharger any time during our open hours. Our Rebuild turnaround time is 1-2 days. 1 week for upgrades or if parts are not in stock.
1. Head over to our "Forms" section and print our Shipping Form.
2. Fill out the Shipping Form and place it in your shipping box.
3. Package your Turbocharger securely in a shipping box in order to prevent damage during ship.
4. Ship your turbocharger to our shop at 4981 State St. Montclair, Ca 91762.
5. Once we receive your turbocharger, we will contact you after inspection.
Do not forget to include the Shipping Form or we will not know who it belongs to.

What is a Rebuild?
The Standard Rebuild includes a complete rebuild kit with new thrust parts (when applicable), very thorough cleaning, sand blasted housings (when applicable) and Dynamic or VSR Balancing to ensure your Turbocharger is precise and in working condition. All Turbochargers come standard with the upgraded 360 degree thrust bearing and stepped gap piston rings when applicable. The Standard Rebuild does not include the replacement of internal hard parts such as Compressor Wheel, Turbine Wheel and Bearing housing. If any internal hard parts are damaged, it will cost extra. We only use High Standard OEM Replacement parts in all our Turbocharger Rebuilds.
What is the cost of a Rebuild?
Rebuild Services begin at $400 for Journal Bearing Turbochargers and $600 for Ball Bearing Turbochargers. However, actual cost of Rebuild depends on the Turbocharger Model and the extent of damage. For better reference of pricing, check out our products category or give us a call.
How long does a Rebuild take?
We typically have a turn around time of 1-2 Days on most Rebuilds. However, it may take up to a week if we need to order certain parts.
