Turbocharger Inspection is FREE!

In simplest terms, the rebuild process consists of the following:

1. Complete Disassembly and Inspection
2. Cleaning Process
3. Media Blasting of Housings
4. Polishing of Bearing Housing/Turbine Wheel Shaft
5. Building Stage
6. Balancing of Turbocharger

After you have approved the quote, Rebuilds typically take 2-3 business days. Upgrades can take 7 business days. Delays may happen due to parts being out of stock or if parts need to be ordered.

We rebuild almost all turbochargers. We do not claim to rebuild them all due to some turbochargers not having replacement parts available. If we cannot rebuild it back to OEM specification or better, we prefer not to do it.

Warranty will vary on the turbocharger and work performed. All our turbochargers come standard with 6 Month warranty. However, some turbochargers come with 1 year warranty. To get started you can either come in person to drop off your turbocharger or you can ship it to us. We will then inspect your turbocharger and provide a quote. Once approved, we will start the rebuild process. If you are shipping your turbocharger to us, do not forget to include a shipping form with your package!
